You have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship items back for a full refund. Returns shipped after 7 days will be eligible for store credit, which never expires. Sales will be considered final after 30 days and returns will not be accepted.
If There Is An Issue With Your Order
Please contact David ([email protected]) if there is an issue with your order. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.
Return Instructions
Return items should be shipped to 2131 College Ave, Grand Rapids, MI 49507. Returns must include a tracking number. Please provide your tracking number to [email protected]. Failure to do so will result in delayed processing of your return/credit.
